Terms and Conditions

All Order Placement:

• Please place your orders via email @ upsize_dolls@hotmail.com. Do allow at least 1 working day for us to confirm on the items availability, after which we will send a confirmation email with the payment amount and our banking details.
• Kindly proceed with the payment according to our confirmation email and email us with the payment details (amount, bank account and date) for verification. We will send a confirmation email once we have verified your payment and your order will be processed.
• Do NOT arrange payment if you have yet to receive our email confirmation.
• Orders for instock item/s will be mailed within 2 working days from payment received date.
• All purchases are not refundable or exchangeable.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your order is mailed; with your tracking number if registered mail is the choice for mailing.
• Please note that there might be color difference between the pictures and the actual items, due to the resolution of different monitors/cameras being used. Please do not bid if you are sensitive to color differences.
• Measurements are in centimeters. For stretchable material, the measurement provided are pre-stretched. Please note that a 3 to 4 cm differences is normal. 
• Once Confirmation email is sent by us, stocks will only be reserved for 3 days. If no payment received by the 3rd day, we will proceed to release the items to other customers.
• At times that you might regret placing order, we would gladly accept if you would be nice to notify us on cancellation via email. MIA customers will be blacklisted.

Preorder

• Estimated waiting time for preorder designs is one (1) month from the preorder closing date. In the event of unexpected delays, we will keep you updated of the latest delivery status.
• The preorder closure date might end earlier or later, depending on the response. Please do send in your order and payment asap to avoid disappointment.
• Order will only be processed when the payment is made.
• If any item is out of stock, we will do the refund accordingly and send an email notification.
• Once we have received the stock from our supplier, we will first perform a thorough check for defects before packing them for mailing.

Payment Methods

• All prices stated in our website are in Singapore Dollar (SGD).
• We only accept Internet Banking/ATM fund transfer to DBS /POSB bank account.

Local Delivery

• Singpost normal mail. SGD$1.50 for 1st item, SGD$1 for each additional item.  ** Can be posted out within 24 hours after payment.
• For registered email, an additional SGD$2.25 is required. ** Will only be arrange on every Wednesday & Saturday..
• Registered mail is recommended as we will not be held responsible for missing items delivered through normal mails.
